Welcome to The Lake House — a guest favourite located in Kingsville, Ontario. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath Lake Erie getaway features a large backyard with lake views, private beach & park access just a 1-minute walk away, plus a BBQ, firepit, pergola, loungers, and lawn games. Located along Ontario's scenic wine route, you're minutes from wineries, restaurants, breweries, golf, spas, beaches, and Kingsville's charming downtown. The perfect lakeside escape.
The Lake House was designed to feel warm, comfortable, and relaxed — the kind of place where mornings start slower, beach days last longer and evenings end around the fire overlooking the lake. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples getaway, girls' weekend, or work-cation, the home offers inviting spaces to gather, unwind, and enjoy lake life at your own pace.
Inside you'll find an open-concept kitchen and living area with large windows and lake views, fully equipped kitchen with island seating, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, streaming capabilities, books, games, and activities for all ages — all with cozy, updated furnishings and a relaxed cottage-inspired feel.
Sleeping arrangements:
· Primary bedroom — king bed, lake views, ensuite bathroom
· Second bedroom — queen bed, workspace and large closet
· Third bedroom — single-over-double bunk bed, dresser and additional seating
We provide: linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel, starter toilet paper, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
Outside: the backyard is made for lingering — a spacious deck with dining for six, a covered pergola with awning, comfortable lounge seating, a BBQ with propane provided, a fire pit perfect for evenings under the stars, and plenty of lawn space for games and relaxing with the lake as your backdrop.
Location
One of the best parts of The Lake House is its location — peaceful and private, while still being close to everything Kingsville and Essex County wine country has to offer. Downtown Kingsville is just a short drive away with a charming small-town atmosphere, walkable streets, great food and beautiful waterfront sunsets.
